This pure lavender extract is made with organically grown and hand-picked English lavender from our farm. Lavender extract is a culinary delicacy used in baked goods, salad dressings, mixed drinks, coffee, tea, or simple syrups. It has a complex floral and aromatic flavor, a little goes a long way. It’s unique and delicious.

Try it in homemade ice cream, lemonade, cookies, tea, coffee, mixed drinks, or make your own simple syrup.

Example: add 1/2 tsp pure lavender extract to 8 oz coffee, add cream and sugar of choice. Serve hot or iced. Enjoy!
