DIRECTIONS:

Lay on your back and place eye pillow over your eyes, practice deep breathing to enjoy the calming effects of lavender. May warm in the microwave for 30 seconds or chill in the freezer for 1 hour. Relax and enjoy.

Made with Oeko-Tex organic linen cover, muslin cotton inner pouch, filled with organic flaxseed and organic English lavender buds from our farm. Outer cover is removable and machine washable on cool, hang or lay flat to dry.
